Terms of Service

WayToAlpha is a finance-first university aggregator. We provide rankings, ROI modeling, an Alpha Score, SOP tools, and — when you ask — introductions to verified agents and partner agencies. We are not a university, a government body, or a guarantor of admission or visas.

You must be able to form a binding agreement and old enough to pursue higher education. Keep your login credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information — your Alpha Score, matches, and ROI estimates are only as good as the data you enter.

Admissions, scholarships, and visas are decided by third parties — universities and governments — not by us. Our scores, matches, and rankings are decision-support tools, not promises of any result.

ROI figures are models, not quotes. They use published salary and cost data and reasonable assumptions; your actual costs and earnings will differ. Treat them as estimates to compare options, not financial advice.

SOP drafts from Alpha AI are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring anything you submit is truthful and your own. Do not submit AI text as-is where an institution requires original work.

When you opt in, we may share your profile with a verified agent or agency to support your applications. They are independent organizations; an introduction is not an endorsement, and any separate agreement you make with them is between you and them.

Don't misuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break security or access data you're not entitled to, no uploading unlawful content, and no impersonation. We may suspend accounts that do.

The WayToAlpha platform, brand, and scoring methodology are ours. The profile data and SOP content you create remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, WayToAlpha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by universities, governments, or third-party agencies.

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. You can close your account at any time; we may suspend access for breaches of these terms. Questions? Email hello@waytoalpha.com.
